A listed two storey former coach house in Greenwich had fallen into complete disrepair and required rebuilding.
A new shower room was introduced at ground level, next to the garage area, whilst the upper floor was converted to a self contained office /studio.
A second stage of the project involved redesign of the garden to link the coach house to the main house.
