Refurbishment and upgrading of former Bishop's residence

The project involved the full refurbishment and upgrading of a listed property in Kennington, originally the residence of the Bishop of Rochester and designed by Richard Norman Shaw.
Upgrading work included full electrical & IT wiring for local authority offices, as well as upgrading a Sure Start Centre on the ground floor
The new services were run through the corridors in a high level fibrous plaster molded tray, located away from the walls to avoid concealing the original cornicing and ceiling level.
