A listed late Georgian end of terrace house was refurbished throughout, including structural alterations to the basement to accommodate a new kitchen.

An existing garage was demolished and the ground lowered to create a new self contained studio at the level of an existing rear courtyard.

Access to the street was provided by new steps and door in the boundary wall.

The new studio walls were constructed in carefully selected 9 inch reclaimed stock bricks with lime mortar and insulated internally.
